Sign up for eStatements today! It’s easy.
1. Log into your Virtual Branch online account
2. Click on Self Service tab
3. Under Additional Services, click on eStatements
4. Click Enroll for eStatements
5. Enter Account Number and Email Address, then click Submit
On the next statement cycle, you will be enrolled in eStatements and will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail.

You know that eStatements are eco-friendly, convenient and completely secure. You can also access your account information 24/7. But maybe you still have questions.
“How are eStatements eco-friendly?”
Electronic delivery of your statements do not require paper, envelopes, or even postage and physical delivery. That saves paper, trees, wastewater used for paper production, and reduces greenhouse gases and gasoline used in production and delivery. How much does it save? Think of all the paper statements you get each year, and multiply that by all of our members. Signing up for eStatements is an easy way for your household to make a positive impact.
“How will I know when my statement is ready?”
We send you an email to let you know when it is available to view online. eStatements are typically available three to five days earlier than old-fashioned printed statements.
“Is it really secure? I am concerned about identity theft.”
It is absolutely secure. Access is encrypted and password protected just for you. It is actually much safer than receiving the same statement in your home mailbox.
“Can I still get a printed statement?”
Yes. It is easy to download eStatements to your computer and print whenever you want to. Our secure system archives your statements so they are always available to print, every day, at any hour.
